Return on investment

Kalyzée doesn't cost. It pays off.

The real question isn’t “how much does it cost” but “how much does it cost not to do it”. Here are the four levers that finance departments systematically underestimate.

+30%

Increased capacity

A 200-seat lecture hall becomes accessible remotely. You take in more students without building a single square meter. Every additional enrollment generates net tuition revenue.

×3

Shared teachers

A teacher streams their course simultaneously to 3 campuses. Same quality, same content — no travel costs, no duplicate courses, no additional hiring.

−30%

Space optimization

Reducing duplicate courses frees up time slots. Less-used classrooms cost less in energy, maintenance and supervision.

Unlimited teaching resources

Every recorded course becomes a reusable VOD resource. Covering an absent teacher, distance training, exams — at no extra marginal cost.

Software license

Your subscription is made up of two components.

Only two variables: the number of equipped classrooms and the number of students. The bigger you grow, the lower the rates.

Equipment

A setup 100% modular.

Kalyzée Connect runs on a standard computer in the classroom. The rest of the equipment adapts to what you already have — from minimal to premium. A free audit tells you exactly what you need.

Classroom PC

A discreet PC or mini-PC, installed once, connected to the institution’s calendar. No daily manipulation required from the teacher.

Camera(s)

From wide-angle PTZ to a dedicated whiteboard camera. Compatible with your existing equipment — we audit before recommending anything.

Audio

Ambient microphone, ceiling-mounted, capturing the entire classroom, with no manipulation required.

Interactive whiteboard / display

Compatible with all interactive whiteboards on the market. Kalyzée captures the native HDMI feed — your existing equipment stays in place.

Network

Wired connection recommended, 10 Mbps minimum upload per classroom. Works on the institution’s existing network infrastructure.

Installation & rollout

Installation not included — can be done in-house, by your integrator, or through a partner we recommend.

100% modular architecture. You equip one pilot classroom, validate it, then roll out. Each classroom is independent — no systemic risk. We audit your existing setup before any equipment recommendation.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the real objections.

What management teams ask themselves before requesting a quote.

Teams makes technology visible. Kalyzée makes it invisible. With Teams, the teacher manages their camera, mic and screen share before teaching. With Kalyzée, they click on their course and they’re live — no cables, no technician. What’s more, Teams doesn’t handle PTZ cameras, ceiling mics, or orchestrating multi-source feeds. You’d have to assemble and maintain that yourself.

Between half a day and two days depending on the classroom setup and the number of classrooms equipped. We handle everything: audit, installation, cabling, configuration, LMS/student-portal integration, testing and team training. An adjustment and testing phase is generally recommended to best match your real needs on the ground. This phase can take up to a month.

Getting started shouldn’t require any training — that’s a design principle. In practice, we always include a team training session as part of the rollout, lasting about an hour. After that, the teacher walks in, clicks on their course, and teaches. That’s it.

You can start with a pilot in 1 or 2 classrooms. The investment is split, the risk is controlled, and you build your internal business case for a full rollout. Many of our clients started this way. We can also help you plan ahead for your next budget cycle. Our rates then decrease based on the number of classrooms equipped.
