On October 12th and 13th, Kalyzée will be present in Wellesley, Massachusetts, for the Open edX conference organized by edX. This conference, focusing on technology and education, aims to bring together the community of developers and users of the open-source platform Open edX (CMS) created by edX. The Open edX platform is widely used worldwide to host open and massive online courses (MOOCs) as well as restricted training modules (SPOCs).
This conference is intended for developers, system administrators, training specialists, and anyone working or interested in learning more about the Open edX platform.
On October 14th and 15th, Kalyzée will participate in the annual Hackathon organized by edX alongside key developers and contributors of the Open edX platform (Stanford Online, MIT, Google, Microsoft, Open Craft, etc.). The edX development teams will also be present to produce and explore innovative pedagogical features and digital tools.
For this event, Kalyzée has chosen to send the three main contributors of Knotes, the award-winning application from the previous edition of the hackathon.
Finally, the French delegation led by IONISx (including France Université Numérique as well as the EdTech startups Gutenberg Technology and Kalyzée, winners of the Open edX Hackathon) will have the honor of being received by the Consul General of France in Boston on October 14th at the Residence of France.
